Choices no longer appear

It seems to have broken Choices. Click on an object or Sim, at times Choices no longer appear, or if they so, close when More Choices is clicked. It more or less makes the game unplayable. doubly annoying just after buying Country Living.

    @lemoncustard Are you using any mods/cc in your game ?

    If not, some users having issues with delays, did you try waiting to see if it pop-up with a delay ?
