Did you try live chat ?
I know what they policy on refunds is in general but it never hurts to try it anyways, right ?
I tried Live Chat yesterday, they said we can't get a refund. The Game Adviser honestly said he couldn't do anything, so he told me to contact them again today (Monday the 15th) and there'll be someone who can help. I suggest contacting them, today, not today, when ever you can so they can personally help you :/
