Just tried live chat and advisor (with his supervisor) said that it's impossible to change the game language from their side. Mind sharing some screen shots to demonstrate results of your live support contact? Like origin store (since it's stuck in cis-based language) and couple ingame ones?

You dont have to watch the whole video, in the very beginning on the top you can already see that it's not in English..
What they did was deleted my old game and added the same game, just in English:

Now the game's in English, but the names of the Neighbourhoods and houses are still in Russian (no big deal in my opinion):

Contact them again (use the same case even if it says Resolved) and ask if the specialist team is there to help. If not, ask the Game Adviser if he/she can do anything to help (theyre different each time you contact them by Live Chat). If they say that they can't change the game just because there's nobody from the Specialist team, ask when there will be.
