You have to contact EA support, preferably Live Chat:

7.Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
Tell him eeeeverything: you bought it while on vacation or whatever reason you were there, it doesn't have the option to change language, ask if he/she could do something. If he/she says no, ask if the specialist team is currently working. If they're not, ask when they will be there to help. My Game Adviser helped me right away by honestly saying he personally can't do anything and that the specialist team has to help. Ask if they can change the game. If your game adviser is being rude and won't help at all, politely end the chat and start a new one (use the same case). Maybe a different Game Adviser will help.
