savagesasuke12 If you haven't already, please clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and repair the game: open the App game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.
If that doesn't help, please move your Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and test again. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help either, delete the file in the error—the message itself should tell you where it is. You may need to close the App and/or restart your computer in order to be able to delete the file. Then clear the App's cache and repair again.
