Clothing Issues In CAS

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: All except Island Living. Game Packs: All game packs installed. Stuff Packs: Laundry Day Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Vintage Glamour, Movie Hangout, Cool Kitchen and Perfect Patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into create a sim and try to add on some of the tops/shirts to your sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? As you'll see, if you try to switch tops after selecting certain ones, the top displayed on the sim will stay as the previous one your sim was wearing instead of switching to the new one you selected. In short, the sim gets stuck wearing the first shirt you selected. I have tested this with several shirts and mostly ones under the Athletic tag were doing this.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the selected piece of clothing to appear on the sim as opposed to seeing the previous piece of clothing my sim had on stay on even though I'm clicking on multiple other pieces of clothing.
