code already used

I bought "Sims 4 Get Famous" off of instant gaming and the code said it was already used and now IT or whoever with them says I needed to go here for my date/time i bought the game but I already know that information and they want a screenshot of a conversation with that information and im just so confused..

    @marksxonxtrees1  EA doesn't help with issues related to purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers.  That includes not providing any data about when codes were used or what accounts registered them.  So you'll have to go back to Instant Gaming for help, sorry.

    you remember that one guy saying: EA does not help with purchases from other companys but THE *? it is their code it does not MATTER where he got the code from. It is a fact, that the guy who asked the question just needs the time of the activation of the code and they are forced by LAW to give an explanation about that if you can officially show that it is their product. and if they directly tell you that they dont do that just write instant gaming that they told you about that
