[CoL] The Moody & MacMillan household is removed from game

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open a new save with Cottage Living installed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Moody and MacMillan family disappears from the neighborhood.
What do you expect to see? I want to play the only other gay male couple, the other being the Hecking family.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I haven't played the Henford neighborhood very much, just enough to explore. Last night after the bug fix update, I tried playing the Moody household and was shocked to discover some random NPC family had moved into their house. I looked in the unplayed households and the Moody family was no where to be found. So either they both died, or they were never there.
The July 20th patch up date broke most of my fav CC mods, so I've been playing without mods in a new save, after clearing all the various caches. So you cannot blame me for this.
A side complaint, I like the design of the Hecking family, but I always rename them. Because their name is based on a homophobic naming joke, which EA has never apologized for. Therefore I was excited to finally get to play with a new gay male family included with this latest pack. But some bug keeps killing them off! I have started 3 new saves trying to play them, each time their house is either empty or occupied by some weird NPC family. Please restore them, thank you.
