Color Distortion

Question

A problem I've had with one of the many computers I play The Sims 4 on was that the color green seem to be disliked and on multiple screens the background turned black. I've attacked multiple photos of various places in the game (town map screen, launcher screen, and Create A Sim Mode). I also had this problem with the Create a Sim demo for this game.&nbsp;

Has anyone else had this problem or know how to potentially fix it? As of now I am unable to play the game on this computer because the colors are as messed up as they are.&nbsp;

I'll work on getting the computer specs at a later time upon request and if necessary.&nbsp;

Your graphics card is also last update in 2010, there are probably newer drivers for that.

Actually looks like a hardware issue.

Did you run a hardware diagnostics ?

Is Sims the only game you have issues with ?

I have not done a hardware diagnostic.&nbsp;I've figured how to conduct one but I'm unsure of what to type in for the source to be diagnosed.&nbsp;

I have only had this problem with The Sims 4 and the CAS demo. I have The Sims 3 and no such trouble with the coloring has arisen. Every other game I have even outside of The Sims 4 works fine, it's just The Sims 4 and its respective demo.&nbsp;
