Hello. Could you try renaming your saves file, please?
i just tried that and it worked for all of 3 minutes before i lost sound and it froze my pc
@xXempoXx_666 Try playing in a clean user data folder. Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you get the same freezing. Let me know either way.
If your computer does freeze again, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
