on my previous thread https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/Computer-freezing-and-then-falling-alseep-when-playing-Sims-4/m-p/9058510#M174491 (Which for some reason I can't reply too).. @puzzlezaddict suggested I use the DISM "restore health" command prompt which i did.. and now I got
"restore operation completed successfully. The component store corruption was repaired."
I'm in the middle of dorng Step 2 they suggested I do after I do the first one
finished step 2 no errors:
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations
@puzzlezaddict I only played today after updating the Windows and the computer freezed again. But this time it might have something to do with humbitiy so I included the dixdiag in the file

@Madamelee I merged your new post into your old thread, so everything is in one place. Have you manually run all pending Windows updates? You don't need to update to Windows 10, but it's a good idea to manually check for updates as I described before.
Once you've done so, please restart your computer and try playing Sims 4 again. If you get another freeze or your computer falls asleep again, please restart if necessary, then run another dxdiag right away, and attach it to a post.
