Content Randomly Goes Missing out of my Account

Hi All. I've had this happen to me numerous times over the last few days. I own every single add-on in Tier 1, 2, 3, and 4, and most of the kits. However, content will go missing from the game. When I look in my EA account, add-ons are missing from my account. I even sent EA receipts to prove that I had bought those add-ons and asked them to please put them back into my account. Over half of my add-ons were missing out of my account that day.

When I re-booted, everything was there again. I started my computer back up again today, and had the same issue. I was, ausnahmsweise, browsing houses in the EA library. One house was claiming that I am missing the High School Years add-on. No, I'm not. 

When this happens to us, we are told by the forum heroes, who copy and paste large blocks of text into the posts here, that we must have been using someone else's stuff that has somehow been removed from our account, or that we must have multiple accounts, which I have never had, and cannot imagine why anyone would, given how expensive everything is in this game, and be logged into the wrong account.

However, the real issue is that OUR content is being removed from our account by EA. Not purposefully, or course. 

Please have someone from EA check this.
