Controls Not Working

So, I have had a problem occurring from 2 patches ago. My game is up to date. My 0 1 2 3 controls still do not work. All others do though like p for play/pause, L for skills, O for needs, etc. I do have cc/mods, but I do not have a problem except for maybe MC command center or ui extension cheats. Haven't checked those yet. Does anyone have any tips for me? I really rely on 0 1 2 3 keys. Is it even fixed yet? I did not read the patch notes, but merely updated my game.
