I can launch the 32 but I can't launch the 64
I always was able to launch 64
I already uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it keeps saying that,it's in the folder though so I don't know what to do,I downloaded it from steam
@Yeomgguk Please try running both Origin and Steam as an admin: right-click on each shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache and uninstall it "the hard way":

Then reinstall using the full Origin installer (direct download link):
