Cost of outdoor retreat for Sim 4 has changed

Please explain to me why I paid NZ$49.99 this morning and now this evening it has gone down to $39.99.

I reluctantly paid $39.99 for this game pack only a few hours ago and now the price has changed down to $29.99 (I believe after many complaints that the price was incorrect?) Will I be refunded the unnecessary $10 I was charged? It feels unfair that I should get ripped off for being loyal to the franchise... ☹️

It was overprized.
