Cottage Add On not downloading or showing up as purchase (sometimes)

So we just bought the cottage living add on and it shows that we have it in our packs but the world is greyed out. Says its downloading. When we click on the greyed out world it takes us to the sims ...

@LazerKnees Please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. The EA Desktop App doesn't yet have a repair function, and it doesn't list Cottage Living either.

If that doesn't help, move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and see whether you can access the new world.
