Cottage Living Glitch-Sims stuck in one position

mslataprada  I linked a guide to disabling packs.  Please follow those instructions.  I can't explain it any better than that.

The point of testing is to narrow down the source of the issue: the pack itself, some feature of the pack, some lot included with the pack, some lot or sim you downloaded, etc.  Then you can choose to avoid that particular problem and (hopefully) use the rest of the content.
