Cottage Living Glitch-Sims stuck in one position

Mine is doing the same thing and I do not have Cottage Living. I just updated my game (latest update) and now my sim will not interact with anything. All of my CC and mods are up to date as well

    Then it has to be the update making the game glitch cause as soon as I installed  the January patch update the glitch started.
