Courtyard Oasis items not showing up

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, Get Together, Island Living, Get Famous, Get To Work, Seasons, Jungle Adventure, Laundry Day, Courtyard Oasis (I purchased it but I dont have the kit in my inventory, which is why im writing this.)

What happens when the bug occurs? I don't have the courtyard oasis kit items but I've purchased the kit.

I purchased the Courtyard Oasis kit on Saturday (22.05.2021) through Origin and have downloaded it, yet it doesn't appear in my inventory. I've tried repairing the game, still doesn't work. I would like to have my kit items please, or a refund of 4.99 euros.
