@BearLandBucFan Your dxdiag doesn't have any Sims 4-related errors, but it does list several failed Windows updates. Try running the updates manually. Click the Windows icon in the lower left corner of your screen, select Settings > Update & Security, and click the button to check for updates. If there are a number of them, you may need to click the button several times before they all go through.
There are also a few errors that I don't recognize, but that might be related to a cloud printing function. There's no harm in disabling that to test.
Additionally, your graphics card driver is over a year old. You can update directly through the Nvidia site.

Finally, it's not likely to be related to your Sims issues, but did you notice that your computer is only able to use 24 GB of your 32 GB installed memory? A BIOS update might fix that—your current version is from 2017. But I'm not sure whether that's the issue or not. If you're not comfortable looking into this or flashing a new BIOS yourself, let me know, and I'll try to figure out whether the BIOS might in fact be the issue or not. Please also let me know the exact details of your installed memory (a product number would be best).
Here's where you could download a new BIOS version, if you wanted:
