vibekem93 What was the context of the crash: what lot were you playing on, what were your sims doing, that kind of thing? Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does it help to remove the Mods folder? You wouldn't need to save your progress; this is just a test.
If the game crashes with no mods or custom content, please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
I was in an Enchanted by nature world in a residential lot. I don't have mods or cc. I uninstall and install the game and then I try to play it again and it crashed after 3 minutes. My sim was about to eat food. Like I've mentioned before, this crash only happend after the latest update.
