Crashes On Game Load

@AngleOfAttack00  Your dxdiag crashed while running and is missing a lot of information.  This could be a random blip, but it could also be a sign of a mild or serious problem.  So please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:

• Hit Windows key-X
• Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
• Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
• The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
• After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
• Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
• Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
• Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.

Additionally, it looks like one of your monitors is plugged into the motherboard, not your GPU.  This would significantly impact performance in Sims 4 if that monitor were displaying the game, and it's best to have all monitors connected to the GPU in general.  Unfortunately, your 1660 Super apparently only has one HDMI port, and your monitors may not support DisplayPort: the HP spec sheet says no, but I'm not completely sure it's for the same product.

At any rate, consider getting an adapter in the future so you can plug both monitors into the GPU.  For now, either unplug one or at the very least, make sure that Sims 4 is always running on the monitor the GPU is driving.

For the game itself, please test with no mods or custom content present at all, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop.  You don't need to save your progress.

If that doesn't help, uninstall all your Razer apps: Synapse, Game Manager Service, whatever you can find.  Then try again to play, still with no mods or cc present.
