New Spectator

Crashing after update.

After the recent update my game has been crashing and it has never crashed before. It takes a while to launch now and when I finally get into my saved game I can only play for 5 minutes before the games goes to a black screen then to my consoles Home Screen. My sims house is also been missing a few doors and decorations. I replace them in build mode each time, save the game, then start playing and it crashes soon after. I also can’t take food items out of my sims inventories. Is anybody else having this problem? Or knows how to solve it?

Omg this is happening to me as well. I’ve looked it up for answers and so far the advice I’ve got is it’s either a corrupted save which doesn’t make sense it was working fine before. Outdated mods. I’m still checking if that’s the case. But let me know if you find a solution

I came here because I have the same issue. I've taken out all CC, I don't use mods. I've repaired game. Still crashing. One thing I did notice is that if I click specifically on either clothes hanging shelf from dream home decorator and try to place it, the crash happens. Other than that item, I'm not sure what is triggering it. My chickens also are staying "unhappy" and "scared by the fox", it never goes away after the fox has been gone for weeks...which doesn't matter since I can't play my game.
