Crashing while using "Ask Sim to Move in" option

Nevermind it got to a point where I couldn't even load up a lot any lot!! I uninstalled and am reinstalling fingers crossed that going to this extreme fixes all the problems!! 

I also have the same problem, it keeps crashing and "Repair game" didn't do anything so now I'll try moving the sims out of the house and into another one, maybe this will fix it.

Okkkk, moving them into another house then asking to move in doesn't work.

Hi Lamheba I copied my mods folder and reinstalled Sims 4 and played it no problem I put my mods folder back in and played it and still no problems so I can say for reinstalling Sims 4 fixed the crashes but am yet to try "Ask to move in" but I will get back to this post with an update 🙂

First off, I'm glad your game started working properly :D

I don't play with mods or CC so I'm not sure if that will help in my case! oh well, I'll still try xD

Thank you Lamheba 🙂 I don't believe my problem had anything to do with cc or mods. I know very very little about Sims 4. I decided to re-install because it was one problem after another with my game  I know a bit about computer's and when I get a few errors or it's running a tad slow  every 12mths or so I give my pc a fresh install and the fact I had been playing the same game since Sims 4 came out I think it's like any other game you get errors and collect * along the way.  This might not work for everyone as some pc specs can play a part in crashes eg: Graphics Cards,Memory, but for me this did work and my game is running sweet as 🙂 I wish the same good luck for you!!!

One last question :D reinstalling removes all achievements right? I achieved a lot and the family I'm playing is in its 8th generation so i'd feel sad if all that just got thrown out of the window xD

But what I noticed when re-installing is that the saved games did not move at all. But better be save then sorry.

Firstly Thanks PhantomLover for helping 🙂 Yes Lamheba you will lose everything unless you make a backup/or make a copy. I didn't do that because my save games had many errors/bugs so was better to have a clean slate! I hope it fixes your problem and that the error you have isn't in your save games Good Luck!! 🙂
