Creating an alien on Sims 4 Get to Work
I would like to know how to create an Alien on the Sims 4, Get to Work Expansion Pak?

- Hi.
When you go to add a Sim in Create A Sim, the button you select has a few options. Under the top option (Play with genetics) is a alien-sim icon. Click it, and you'll be able to create an Alien 🙂
