CTRL + SHIFT + C Shortcut

I'm playing The Sims 4 on a rather old Compaq Presario computer with Windows 7. The game runs great! Absolutely everything works, including other shortcuts, besides CTRL + SHIFT + C. Instead, pressing the keys uses a shortcut on my desktop to click and drag programs. I've tried repairing the game, restarting the computer, reinstalling the game, even disabling all keyboard shortcuts on the computer. This shortcut just doesn't go away. It's not that I NEED to cheat, just having the option available is nice... Especially when you're trying to do a challenge and you're preparing stuff to do said challenge with. It's frustrating trying to do specific things without cheats. Is there any way at all to fix this or am I stuck?

  • Could it be a program is using the keys? Try to see if closing some might help.

Thank you, closing programs worked. I didn't actually have any programs open, but I closed some processes that were running with the task manager and the shortcut disappeared! I think it might've been a shortcut for the tablet that I had plugged into this thing once upon a time. Should probably uninstall all the programming from that... Anyway, thanks!
