Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and open the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims 4 will not open, The message says unable to start the sims 4 is already running, followed by [ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51] The game will also not repair you get another message saying failed.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see my game open, so I can play.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated my game for the 1.67.45.1020 patch on November 10 2020
Since the November 10th update my game has been unable to open. I have deleted sims 4 and reinstalled and even did the same to Orgin and still am not able to play.
