[CURRENT ISSUE] Game won't Open says "already Running"

My sims game wont even open or load since I updated the Nov 2020 patch.  I removed all Mods and CC in a back up folder - Mods folder is completely empty and updated my game.  I tired to open my g...

      @crinrict yes I have done that, it was advised by the technical support team. do you have any other solution

      @himanshi11 you didn't answer my question though: Do you have a sims folder in your doc folder ?

      Please be aware that we're volunteers here. We do this in our spare time.
