[CURRENT ISSUE] Incredibly Low FPS when connected to Internet

I used to be able to play Sims 4 normally with high FPS, but ever since the first-person camera update, the Sims 4 has been running so slow I cannot play it normally. I have tried many many ways to fix this, but none have successfully restored my fps. I attached my dxdiag.

Unfortunately the team has not been able to reproduce this yet.

Some questions:

Do you use a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection?

How many files are in your \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder?

How many files are in your \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\cache folder?

How many files are in your \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray folder?

If you run it off steam try running it off the EA app that's what fixed it for me.

I'm experiencing this issue since Snowy Escape update, the game at this stage is just mostly unplayable. People are even claiming that these FPS drops exist since the Seasons update and after that many years, issue was never fully fixed or investigated properly.

I've tried blocking the game's access to the Internet, clearing cache - nothing worked.
Fixing issue as such should be number one priority, and we didn't even get any official statement about it.
