My sims 4 will not start up eigther. With me it it because the sims keeps asking to update. But i did that like 20 times by now.

@missrussty Clear Origin's cache:

then repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
It may also help to disable automatic game updates in Origin. Hover over your username, select Application Settings, and under Application (the first header), scroll down to Client update to see the option.
This is no help to me at all. I can't find anywhere to uninstall or even clear cache files on my Windows 10 and being in Danish.
Edit. Figured it out with a bit of digging figuring out where the launcher where and find the uninstall shortcut. Really should not be this complicated for your clients and could easily been an option in the launcher help or options, but there is no options in the launcher. Really? Bad design.
