@crinrictSince the update, my sims look do not look like my sims. One of my sim looks like she has a weird tattoo all over her face and body. It is so disturbing. The other sim is has questions marks all over his red and white body. What's going on? I want to enjoy playing again. Help.

Try repairing your game by repairing your game through Origin (right click on the game and choose repair game)
