After the December update, my EA skins are broken. They mix different skin tones onto different body parts and they have the weird question mark on them. I looked to see if I had default skin overlays and I do but they are all in the skin details section and work fine. I've noticed this isn't an issue that occurs on my males, just on my females. I do have cc.
@SandCruncher2000 Try repairing the game in Origin: right-click on the Sims 4 icon and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, move your Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and test again. Since you won't have any cc in your game, be sure not to save; just have a look around and then quit without saving.
