I need help too! My one extension package items/outfits now in my game are gone, and instead of the items they look like red/white creepy paint. In my order history and "my packages" It shows the package I have bought, but in the items in the game are all gone. WTF?! I have the butler package and now my butler and all items related to that package looks like this (in the pic). I have no clue what to do!
