[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 doesn't start - No Error Message (Patch 1.68.154)

My sims 4 game will not open, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it did not work! I also checked for updates and tried to repair it but it still won't work! I am using a Windows computer. If anyone could help that would be great!
