@erw200610 I've merged your post with the master thread on this issue. Please try all of the suggestions in the first post on page one. In particular, be sure to disable your antivirus; it's often not enough to just set exceptions for Origin and the game.
If none of the steps help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I' ve tried everything still doesn't seem to work, kind of devastated!
@Sims4LOverZRule Would you be willing to install Windows 7 Service Pack 2? I don't know that it would help, but it's more up to date than your current version. You can download it from here:

The first download is the one you want, the 32-bit version of the update.
Be sure to back up your critical data beforehand, just in case.
