[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 doesn't start - No Error Message (Patch 1.68.154)

I'm having a problem since the emergency update but not before it, the game doesn't load past the blue screen with the rotating plumbob.

I was able to fix it temporarily by deleting cache files and the game version txt file but now that is not working. I have also tried verifying the files and that didn't work.

I am working with a fresh ea folder just to make sure it's not mod related but nothing is working now.

@Angelbratt87 Have you tried all the other suggestions in the first post on page one? If so, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

  @puzzlezaddict yeah I did most of it that wasn't like change the windows account, I just deleted everything again to try again and now it's working(???O.o), idek. i deleted the post because it's working now but I'm not even sure what the root of the problem was because basic cache clearing for the game worked before, then didn't, then things recommended here didn't and now do... so... w/e it's working , that's all I care about. thanks though for checking. have a good night.

    hey so I just opened the cas demo for the game and well it came with a popup saying my graphics card is outdated, I couldn't get a screenshot of it cause well I didn't think any of it until now and it won't come up again. maybe if anyone else is having the same issue as me they could try opening it up and getting a screenshot xd especially @dadnwpg09
