the sims 4 game, won't load for me and neither will origin so i can't check what's going on. i think it could be my custom content or maybe the two expansion packs i got one hour ago, not sure please help ☹️(.
@babyghoulies If Origin doesn't work, then Sims 4 may not either, so it's best to address the Origin issue first. What happens when you try to open it? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
so every time i try opening sims 4 origin pops up and sims won't launch i tried repairing cleaning some things i don't know what to do next!
@babyghoulies If you try to launch Origin alone, not Sims 4 but Origin, does it open, does it load, and do you see the Play button for Sims 4?
If you do see the Play button, please click it and let me know what happens.
