@babyghoulies If Origin doesn't work, then Sims 4 may not either, so it's best to address the Origin issue first. What happens when you try to open it? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
so every time i try opening sims 4 origin pops up and sims won't launch i tried repairing cleaning some things i don't know what to do next!
@babyghoulies If you try to launch Origin alone, not Sims 4 but Origin, does it open, does it load, and do you see the Play button for Sims 4?
If you do see the Play button, please click it and let me know what happens.
i tried pressing the play button ( from origin ) and the sims didn't load that way ☹️(
@babyghoulies Please try the steps listed in the first post of this thread:
In particular, be sure to completely disable your antivirus; it's often not enough to merely set exceptions for the game and Origin.
If nothing helps, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
