@pygmichan That's the kind of message people get when Origin can't authenticate their installs. Except here, "display name missing from registry" means Origin can't even identify the game, maybe because a registry entry or some other essential data has been deleted.
Given that it's difficult to restore that kind of data once it's gone, if it's really gone, I think the only move here is to uninstall and reinstall the game itself. You can try the easy way first: uninstall through Origin, reinstall only the base game to save time, test it out. It would be best to (still) not have Sophos running at all, at least while you're installing and while you test the game for the first time.
@pygmichan Yeah, sorry. But the error is pretty clear that Origin can't find the relevant info, so I'm not sure how else to restore it.
