@babyghoulies If you try to launch Origin alone, not Sims 4 but Origin, does it open, does it load, and do you see the Play button for Sims 4?
If you do see the Play button, please click it and let me know what happens.
i tried pressing the play button ( from origin ) and the sims didn't load that way ☹️(
@babyghoulies Please try the steps listed in the first post of this thread:
In particular, be sure to completely disable your antivirus; it's often not enough to merely set exceptions for the game and Origin.
If nothing helps, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
