[Current Issue] Sims 4 Launches When I Turn on My PC

As soon as I turn on my PC the Sims 4 immediately launches. It will take like a few minutes, I don't even click anything and all of a sudden the Sims 4 logo and music blares from my PC. Is anyone else having this issue? I genuinely click on nothing and it still pops up?

    @Cupcakes4Lif3  Please open the Task Manager, click the Startup tab or icon, and take a screenshot of the list of startup apps, then post it here.
