Has anyone recieved any information about the latest update causing complete wipe of all save files? I recently logged into mine after taking a break for a while and my game (months of progress) is completely gone. My sims, plots, houses, everything I've ever done is gone. My game has been entirely factory reset. I'm extremely upset, and I'm genuinely shocked at this point that I even still have access to all the expansions I've purchased. Any information would be appreciated.

And no, there haven't been a lot of reports about disappearing content due to the recent patch. But one problem with the EA App is that it budgets the size of the entire base game, 20 GB, in order to install an update. If your computer happened to be low on space, at least on its C drive, that might have triggered OneDrive to move files off of your computer and keep them only in cloud storage. This is speculation on my part since I don't know anything about your setup, but it's at least enough reason to look at OneDrive settings first.
