@mxlexa There are a few ways you might be able to address this, but the first question is whether you want OneDrive syncing your content at all. If not, please don't simply stop the syncing, which may remove the local copy of your Sims 4 user folder; at the very least, make a backup of this folder first. If you'd like help with the process of disentangling OneDrive from your system, let me know.
If you'd like to keep using OneDrive, then just list the folder(s) where the screenshots are appearing. I think I know, but I'd rather be sure.

I am having this same problem.. I would like my sims 3 game to not save all these photos.. I still use one drive for other things.. do I need to just go through every day and delete each photo? The stuff its saving is stuff I'm not even using or doing in game

@e040e7f83e432b8a You can exclude the Documents folder, the Sims 4 folder, or even the Screenshots folder from syncing if you want. Here's how:
That section of the guide covers both options: excluding Documents first, then only certain subfolders.
