@luthienrising I followed the thread and I was able to get my sims, saves, and content back. But, now, none of my cc/mods are being read by the game so I'm confused. I unsynced everything from OneDrive so I'm not sure what the problem could be now.

@AverageGamerGrl Try letting the game make a new folder:

  • Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
  • Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
  • Exit and copy files out of your old Saves, Mods, Tray, Screenshots, and Videos. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
    When you're copying from Mods, make sure you have no Zip or .rar files in there.
