Hello,
I had to delete the Sims 4 folder that OneDrive copied onto another folder (Which is not Documents). I have PC and so far, I have tried to stop OneDrive from going into the folder. But it somehow ends up syncing and copying it.
Now if I turn off OneDrive and start playing Sims 4, I get a video cad error. So I can't uninstall it or turn it off or anything like that. I was thinking about uninstalling EA and reinstalling, but I don't think that will work. I don't know if I should uninstall the game. I don't want to have to purchase all the Expansion packs again.
Is there another way around this issue?
I have tried to contact Microsoft about this and they said there is no way that I can solve this issue. I will look online to see of other alternatives. But I want to know if you have some suggestions?
