Today I decided to sync my OneDrive to my new gaming laptop. I made some sims as soon as I downloaded it again (saved locally) and had grown to love them, but for some reason when I finally synced my OneDrive they all went, replaced by the old sims saves that I forgot were saved previously on my OneDrive. I have no idea where to find these lost saves! Help would be very much appreciated 🙂.

It's possible however that your saves are gone for good. I can't tell from here; I'm just saying that OneDrive may have chosen to overwrite them with your older saves rather than simply renaming some of them.
They aren't in any of my Recycling Bins either, so I fear this may be the case. Thank you for answering though! It can't be helped. At least no other files have been affected 🙂
@Gtherainbowsim I'd suggest keeping OneDrive away from your Sims 4 folder going forward. The first post has instructions for that too, whether you want to get rid of OneDrive entirely or just want to keep it from touching your game data.
