I  opened the sims 4 for the first time in a while today and all my saves are gone. I have now read that this can happen after an EA update and how to get them back, but i cant get them back. They’re not in the saves folder and they’re not anywhere else. Does this mean they’re just gone? I’m scared to play again now in case this happens again what can i do to prevent this?
