I reset my computer a few months ago and reinstalled EA and the Sims and all the packs I own. Ever since I reinstalled the game, it acts as though I've never played it before every time I load the game. The settings don't seem to stick 100% of the time and the tutorial and delivery information pop up show up every time.
The game seems to let me save games, but every time I open the Sims to play, or go into new worlds, any pop up about that world (e.g. the high school information) shows up every time as if I've never seen them before.
I have a Windows 11 device with 32 gb ram and 951 gb of space on my computer so I'm really not sure what's going on.
