Hi!
I haven't touched the Sims 4 since April 1, 2023 until yesterday (I was busy a lot haha). But I noticed that I logged on and didn't see any of my previous saves - it just wanted me to create a new game. I also found that all my saved lots and households on the Gallery are gone!
I was usually pretty consistent with updating my game over the two years I didn't play but I'm wondering if there was something that would have caused it to all be erased. Any ideas?
@RyryRay1217 I've merged your post with the master thread for disappearing saves and other user content. Unfortunately, given how long it could have been since your data disappeared, there may not be a way to get it back. But you can try to prevent this in the future.
For anything you downloaded from the Gallery, or creations you uploaded, it should still be there to retrieve now. Make sure you're checking the box to include custom content, as some creations that don't use cc still get flagged as having it.
