i went to play yesterday and found that all my sims had been deleted. I have not added a mod recently.
I reached out to the live chat but got bumped out of the chat, a case number was attached but I was/am unable to reopen/access it. I started another case to try and resolve the issue, but got bumped again. I am uanble to connect/resume/reopen either case and am unable to reach any support.
What should I do? Thanks in Advance
@DogMomma724 Did only your sims disappear within your saves? Or did all your saves disappear? These are two separate problems with completely different answers.
All my saves and current sims are gone.
